HKC 2018 Group Seminar was held on 17 March, 2018 in HKMA , Pico Tower Wanchai. We are pleased to have our honourable guest Mr Andy Clark (Master Trainer) to teach us how to break the boards with our bare hands. Start by conditioning our hands to get them ready for striking, and the board is set up properly and safely by Andy. Getting confidence in our ability to break the board and follow some simple strategies, our colleagues successfully learn the martial arts stunt of board-breaking. The pine wood symbolise the obstacles or challenges facing in career, our self confidence elevated by board breaking challenge. Furthermore, we have honoured rewards to our colleagues who have served HKC more than 5/10 and 20 years. All the sharing of knowledge provides colleagues with a new mindset to set their own career goal and to face coming year’s challenge.
